Are you part of LA Fitness

No, Bandit is an independent brand located inside LA Fitness. We welcome all non LA Fitness members.

What is the best way to make a reservation?

Guests are able to reserve appointments through our website, our mobile app for Android and iOS, or by calling our club concierge directly. For social or large group reservations, we encourage you to speak with our concierge team.

What should I wear?

We recommend wearing anything comfortable, including regular work or street clothes. Also, don’t forget your towel. The cryotherapy chamber requires snug fitting clothes, and you are also welcome to wear swimwear in the sauna.

Do you have a Blow Dry Bar and Grooming Essentials?

Absolutely! Our gorgeous backlit mirrors are perfect for retouching makeup and hair. We offer a variety of styling tools and amenities to keep your glow long after the treatments.

Can I reserve group sessions or private parties?

We are happy to accommodate friends and groups. Advance reservations are required for large groups.  Reservations can be made by calling or visiting the club and speaking with our concierge.

Can I pop in without an appointment?

Absolutely!  However, we encourage guests to make reservations prior to visiting through our website, mobile app, or by calling the Bandit concierge team to book your treatment.

What if I’m running late for my appointment?

We will always do our best to accommodate delays should the schedule permit, however, full appointments are never guaranteed if late. Late arrivals past 15 minutes of the reservation time will be honored for the first time, after that they will be automatically canceled with no refund.

Do you have lockers?

We do not have locker rooms, but we do provide lockers with keyless locks for you to secure belongings while you enjoy the club.

How long is my appointment?

Visit time will vary depending on what experiences you have reserved.

What is your cell phone policy?

We encourage guests to disconnect and go offline but understand when life needs your attention. We ask that phone conversations take place at a volume that is respectful to other guests enjoying their tranquil time. You may use phones in the Hyperbaric Chamber, Sauna, and outside areas.

Can I purchase sessions before you open?

Yes! Take advantage of our Founding Rates and lock in your best price before we open.

How do I book a treatment?

Booking is easy! Simply download the Bandit Wellness app, or book online through the website.

Is my FIRST SESSION FREE?

Yep, no strings attached. Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment so we can show you the ropes to help make your first treatment the best experience ever! Hyperbaric Chamber or Red Light LED Bed is not included.

Can I bring Friends?

Yes! We encourage our members to bring guests in with them. Members receive extra benefits not just for themselves, but to treat clients, friends, and family. This includes guest passes.

Do you offer Private parties or fundraising events for charity?

Yes! From bachelorette parties to birthdays, BANDIT can plan your next party! Email us with details and our Special Events Coordinator will be in touch!
